We agreed on rate, they said dispatch would call me to schedule transporter. Dispatch tried me once, I could not understand him but was told driver would call by Wednesday. On Thursday I reached out via text to find out what was going on and was told they are checking. Today is Friday and still no word. I cancelled my order. I have been trying to get my shipment picked up for over a week and still no commitment.
