Let me start by saying this coming sent me a Uship email that my car had been picked up and delivered before it left my home. Should've looked for a new company then. When the time did arrive for them to pick up my vehicle, they said they would pick it up on June 30. I call to confirm a few days before this and they say "oh well we'll have a driver out to you on the 1st or the 2nd of July". When I still didn't have a driver here on the 2nd I started calling their offices and couldn't get anyone on the phone until Monday, when they inform me the drive had issues and couldn't get my car, they would find me someone new and get back to me. I called another transportation company because I needed my car shipped. The rep I spoke with looked in the system and saw that they never had a driver scheduled to get my car! I can't believe they are still in business when this is how they conduct business. All state finally contacted me later Monday night stating they would have a driver out to me the next day. By this time I already had a more reputable company picking up the vehicle. Word to the wise go elsewhere, this company nor Uship will never get my business again and I want to let as many people know as possible how crooked they are!
