ALL STATE CARRIERS LLC TAKES YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERS THE SERVICE. WHEN ASKED TO RETURN THE MONEY, THEY STATE "YOU GAVE US A NEGATIVE RATING"...WHEN YOU REMOVE THE NEGATIVE RATING WILL SEND YOU YOUR MONEY". THEY ARE NOW HOLDING MONIES HOSTAGE FOR NEVER HAVING A VEHICLE PICKED UP. DISHONEST??
