I contracted with All State Carriers, Boca Raton, FL to transport my 1985 Chevy El Camino vehicle form Arizona to South Carolina. They guaranteed my vehicle would arrive in the same condition that it was when picked up! THEY LIED! My vehicle’s windshield and chrome trim was damaged. My vehicle was so dirty at the delivery that I did not see the damage. After hand washing it two times that same day I noticed the damage. I contacted Jennifer Maser at All State Carriers. She totally agreed that my vehicle should be repaired. Jennifer stated she would contact Steve Kim, CAA Transport, Santa Fe, CA to get a claim form and get the vehicle repaired! After approximately 30 days and numerous calls to both All State Carriers and CAA Transport my vehicle sits in my garage with damages still not repaired!
All State Carriers and CAA Transport speak with “forked tongue”. All State says CAA Transport should pay for the repairs. CAA Transport says its “God’s fault and that they will not pay for the repairs”. I would not recommend these transporters because they both LIE about their services. I am totally bummed out about my EL Camino. I will never give up on getting my El Camino repaired. Watch out for the “Long Arm of the Law” They always get the bad guy in the end.
CAA TRANSPORTERS & ALL STATE CARRIERS THE LONG ARMS COMING !
