Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all feedback positive and negative. In reference to your complaint/review this is our side of the story: You spoke to our customer service representative on numerous occasions since the day you placed your order on September 10, 2010. You were also completely aware that we do not bill a penny up front. Your deposit was not billed until after we found you a driver. On several occasions we also explained that you were on the dispatch board with 4 other broker companies in which we also explained to you that being on the board with 4 broker companies would not help your vehicle get picked up any quicker, it would just lessen your chances, cause a lot of confusion between carrier’s and brokers, and cause misunderstandings between us (the broker) and the client in which this case is yourself. You also stated that you would call those companies and cancel the services with them because you did not have contracts with those companies, so technically they were not authorized to post you on the board. On September 14, 2010, we found you a driver that could pick up and deliver your vehicle in the timely manner that you needed. We contacted you and provided the pick-up and delivery information along with the carrier Name and Telephone number. In which at that point we billed your $100 deposit for rendering the services we had promised to you when you initially placed your order with us. On September 15, 2010, the carrier we had made arrangements with contacted us to inform that the vehicle was no longer there and that another undisclosed carrier had already picked up the vehicle earlier that day. Due to the vehicle no longer being at the location, the carrier company was subject to bill us a $100 dry run fee in which also resulted on a negative rating on our dispatching board which reflects poorly on our company for future business with different carriers. We were forced to pay this carrier company a negotiated fee of $50 for the dry run fee to compensate the driver for gas and time. We also received your Credit Card Dispute in which we replied and resulted with our company winning the dispute in our favor since we were not at fault. We then offered you a $50 refund since we were able to negotiate the dry run fee with the driver to a fee of $50 rather than $100 but you declined the refund. As you can clearly see, this is an issue that could have been prevented if only one broker company was involved. We had a contract to render a service and our company did at your request. You were on the dispatch board with 4 other broker companies in which we cannot control. We did the best on our behalf and even through the circumstances that we were faced with, we were still able to find you a driver in a timely manner on the day you needed. For future transports please only deal with one broker company, it saves time, confusion, and sometimes even money because most broker companies charge deposits up front. Once again, we thank you for your feedback. Please call us and we can still refund you the $50. Thank you!
