Tony Beggio called me when I sent the inquiry by email. He was very personable and I chose him immediately after speaking with him. I am pretty good at judging people on the phone and fortunately I was correct. He explained that part of the fee was his commission and part for the driver and that many companies do the same job although they sometimes try to make it seem more complicated.
The driver was delayed by 1/2 day because of the weather and the car was picked up here in Northern New Jersey this Wedneday and promised for Sunday. But the driver delivered the car in only 48 hours and was very cordial to my relative in Palm Beach Gardens Florida when he delivered the car.
So, overall it was perfect and no hidden charges. I am really pleased as this is the first time I ever used this type of service before.
