I needed to ship a vehicle by a certain date. I needed assurance that it would be there. Michael couldn't give me a guarantee, and I understood that, but he did work hard at getting a transporter who said they could do it, and on time. The price was higher than we had originally discussed, but I understood that there had to be incentive to the transporter to move so quickly. He kept me informed while searching for the right transporter and gave up the company's commision to make it work. I was impressed with his concern for getting it done. I am currently shipping an additional three vehicles and am comforted knowing that someone will care to make sure they get there.
