Did'nt Deliver service as agreed

I hired this company a full MONTH before the vehicle was due to arrive in California. And, as you can imagine with a $113,000 Mercedes Benz S Class, I required reliablility and service to please my customers expectations. I contacted All State Carriers a full two days before the aggreed pick up date and got a confirmation email stating the Truck would be here to pick up the car on the date. Here came the date with a phone call from rep from All State at 9:30am stating, with all kinds of excuses, why they could not pick up the car that day and the pick up would not happen until the date the customer expected the car. I had to SCRAMBLE to find another carrier that would do the job I first hired this customer a month in advance. I EVEN SENT TWO CUSTOMERS TO THEM (AND THE REP) TO SHIP THEIR CARS. Car was deliverd on time to the customer with other carrier and they were pleased. Sorry Allstate, I will not call you ever again and will send my business elsewhere.
