My Jeep was picked up on time. The driver barely spoke English, but that did not directly impede service. He was patient with the gate system at the location of pick-up. He arrived one day early, so I did not have the cash in-hand. He waited for me to return from the bank without any attitude of annoyance. Service was prompt and efficient. My vehicle was first on the truck and first off the truck. He made sure to retrieve a missing piece that somehow fell of my Jeep. Not sure how that happened, as he did not speak English well enough to tell me. However, the piece was returned with vehicle, so I did not complain. I would use again.
