Well, I started this process by searching the web for transportation of my vehicle and I came to uship.com and typed my information in and got ten responses in my email and about 6 phone calls. I must admit at first I was a little skeptical because I was bombarded with phone calls and not to mention my friend had a horrible experience transporting her vehicle from Mass. to California with a company id rather not mention. Allstate carriers was very persistent and was patient with me throughout the whole process.Casey answered all my questions and gave me responses that undoubtedly made my decision. Finally I was ready to move and make my decision after seeing that Allstate carriers was not only a broker but a broker/carrier my decision was final.
My pickup time needed to be not estimated but exact, because I needed my car up to the day that my flight was because I'm on a bare budget and couldn't afford a rental car. Anyway the car was picked on time and delivered three days later in perfect condition. The customer service was great over at Allstate carriers her name is Jenn and she is a doll. Thanks Casey and everyone over at Allstate carriers for tentative and persistent service provided by your team.
