This was my first experience with shipping a car. It was a learning experience, i.e. reviewing ratings and evaluatiing/comparing quotes. All State Carriers impressed me not only with their ratings, but also with their overall proactive attitude. I also believe that I was a "victim of circumstance" and was subjected to uncontrollable factors which are probably typical for the car transporting industry- the heavy volume of cars going from Florida to New York during April, and also a carrier truck breakdown which delayed the pickup of my car. In the final analysis, I did receive my car in good conditioin albeit a few days later than was anticipated. Overall the broker and carrier appeared to have made an extra effort to get the job done. These comments were unsolicited and solely reflect my evaluation.
