I think the gig is up on All State Carriers Transport (ASCT). After purchasing a Lincoln Town Car on Ebay from Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona Beach, FL, I put out my Florida to Las Vegas, NV, job for bid and quickly got many responses with bids ranging from $775 to $2049. ASCT bid $850 for this job and I selected them because they were not just a broker but also a carrier and had glowing reviews here on Transport Reviews.com. John Andrews was very attentive and accessible by phone as I was was deciding which carrier to go with. I made it clear that I DID NOT want this job brokered out to another carrier and John assured me that ASCT would transport the car. After submitting the $150 deposit, he said the car would be picked up on 2-19-09. It took several calls to get them to dispatch a truck to pick up the car. ASCT brokered out the job to LS Carriers who finally picked up the car on 2-26-09. I made several other calls to find out the status of the car but John was never in the office to find out and he referred me to "Phil" who never returned my call. I received a call from the spouse of the driver to let me know he was arriving in Las Vegas on 3-10-09 and that I could pick up the car from the Wild West Casino Truckers parking lot! When I asked about the door-to-door service ASCT promised, she indicated that her husband "Tobey" didn't want to lose his parking space and that picking the car up from the casino parking lot would be better?!?!? The only upside to this is that the car arrived undamaged. I have called Gary Yeomans Ford to caution their customers about using ASCT in the future and also emailed Transport Reviews.com to notify them of ASCT's performance. TAKE HOME MESSAGE: if 12 days to deliver your vehicle is OK and poor communication is OK and brokering you job out to another carrier is OK, then book with ASCT; if not, you'd be smart to book with another carrier. I would take all these glowing reviews with a grain of salt and go with recommendations of people you know who have used carriers they've actually used and were pleased with if that's possible.

We are sorry due to the fact that you were unhappy with the transport but we tell our clients in advance that if we cannot pick up your vehicle with our truck we have to broker the transport off to companies that we have used for years. Our company did not do anything that wasn'nt iformed in the beginning. We are not here to deceive and lie to clients. I am also apologetic for the fact that the driver did'nt drop the vehicle off at your door but at times the carriers cannot make it to the destination due to narrow roads. We were in the window of pickup and drop off so I really don't understand the harsh rating.
