George, when we called and told you what the carrier wanted before he picked up your car you agreed to it and signed a new shipping order with that price. If you did not want that carrier we told you we were happy to keep looking for another carrier or wait for the carrier that quoted the original rate. If the carrier did not want to take you car all the way to your address you should have called us so we could assit you, that is what we are here for. Communication is everything.
