Run away from this company. The service is a zero. Steve is dishonest yells hangs up on people and lies. He told us things we wanted to hear knowing he could not deliver. Come pick up day, he had no one to pick up the vehicle. When we canceled the contract he charged us $299 on a credit card. When I said he needs to credit that back. He said it takes 5 weeks and hung up on me. I called back, he said I told you it takes 5 weeks, I am leaving for the weekend and hung up on me again. I know there is no way you can get a car from California to Oklahoma for $499. He was dealing with my daughter and took advantage of her.
