They said that they had a 5 day window to get the vehicle moved from the hire date, I paid the 195. deposit fee and if I canceled they told me 20% of the fee would be taken. I agreed.

They called me and told me and told me for 75.00 more they would have the car delivered within 3 days.

Then, they called back and said the driver had broken down. After a 10 day period, I decided to go and pick the car up on the 13th day. The rep told me if I broke the contract before a certain day (the 10th day) I would charged 20% of the 195.00.

so I waited on the 13th day and told them I would go get the car myself, they charged me the whole amount not just the 20%...basically this company took my money.

Not only was I scammed by this company but I was called a honkie , because I am from TN!

This was the most unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate experience I have ever dealt with.

The so called manager Lourdes- - will degrade you and call you names PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AND READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY. Yes there is some good reviews but anyone can post a review on here and who is to say its not her!

feel free to call me my name is MILES FINE, 423-237-2621. This is a scam out of FLORIDA PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT save your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WARREN, MI 48088 to NEWPORT, TN 37821 1969 Chevrolet Corvette In-Op Vehicle You signed our agreement on Thursday, 12/04/2014 - 16:21:09 EST. The agreement clearly states that the services can take up to 10 day or longer depending on the route and availability. We also informed you that because the vehicle is not in an operating condition it can take longer because 1 out of 10 carriers has a wench to transport in-ops. On December 09 we dispatched you out to a carrier named AG Transport. Unfortunately the carrier had to cancel on December 10th due to complications with their truck. We called you and informed you we are working on getting another carrier for you. On December 12th you began to call and state you wanted to cancel the order. I then reminded you on the agreement you signed it stated clearly that once a carrier is assigned to the order, which can occur at anytime, you are no longer entitled to a refund and that we will have another carrier for you soon. On the 15th you called to inform the vehicle has a flat rear tire that needs some air. We informed you we were working on locating a carrier with a wench. On December 16th you called to inform that you wanted to cancel and on the 18th your wife called to say she is canceling. Then on the 19th you called to inform that you had just picked up your vehicle. We informed you on the 19th, when you called, that you are not entitled to a refund. On the 26th you sent an e-mail and I responded back, again informing you are not entitled to a refund. On December 31st his wife called to speak about the decision of the refund. I began to explain to her that they are not entitled and that we have been informing them of that since December 12th. She then passes the phone to Miles while I was still speaking to her. I informed Miles the same thing, he then began to get upset and state that I ripped him off. I informed him that this is not true, everything is explained in detail on the agreement he originally signed plus when we booked his order. He then began to threaten me with a lawyer and he mentioned he was putting this posting on the internet. I informed him go right ahead, because my agreement is concrete and we did nothing wrong. The auto transport industry has to rely on the carriers route and we have to wait for the appropriate carriers to move an in-op vehicle. Not all carriers move in-ops. He then began to get upset and raise his voice and called me a: sand n****r. Naturally I am human and I got upset and I defended my nationality. I informed him I'm American and born in Macon, GA to Hispanic parents. He continued with the insults and, yeah I called him a Honky and no, it's not because he's from Tennessee. It's because he is ignorant. And, if he didn't want people to call him names then don't do it to others. Yes, I was about 98% wrong for doing it but, the other 2% felt awesome! If any one would like to read our agreement I will be more than happy to e-mail it to them you can contact me at: 786-565-3057 and you can make the decision yourself on what you interpret from it.
