I booked with a different broker yes a broker I found out the there all brokers not carriers.
It start off great with other broker
I informed him abut the dates I need it pick up and dropped off he put me on hold and as soon he put me on he came back on and said no problem.
But as soon as I hung up I got a chill when I hung up from him .
So a week goes by no phone call so I called to speak with my salesperson.
each time I called to speak with him I would get the run around .
I want to say the name of that company but I wont.
SO I Started looking at my other quotes so I called back All Roads Express
robin answered the phone I explained what was happening to me .
Robin calmed me down she explained to me about the low balling and never getting called back.
We went over quote together step by step not to long to go over it.
she asked if she can call me back in about 20 min
Ten minutes later the phone rings it Robin calling me back with Steve in the Dispatch Department.
Steve informs me he can get me a carrier with the dates she wanted but its going to be a little more money
How much $150 more I said If that's is all why didn't the other broker want the same thing
that's called low balling.
I signed a contract with All Roads Express.
Three Days Later I get a call from loudis from customer service informing me we should have a carrier for you by the end of day.
I hung up and 3 hours later the phone rings and it is Steve calling from dispatch to give me the name of the carrier picking up my car.
I was so happy they came thru for me.
I couldn't stop saying thank you thank you.
I hung up the phone and said to myself what a Great Company.
When I ready to bring back my car I will be calling All Roads Express
