My mother reserved and paid for shipping of her car back in August for an October ship date. 3 weeks after the shipping date we are still awaiting word on how her car will get there.

The worst part is despite repeated screwups we cannot get return calls without totally harassing them. They:

1. Were a week late with no word.
2. Told us they fired the original driver and arranged for another pickup, but the car sat at the terminal for 7 days before I found out it hadn't shipped, and told THEM. I would have thought with an already problem shipment THEY would have been ensuring it shipped.
4. obviously do not have their own trucks or drivers as they are posting the car for ANYBODY to pick up.

Again the worst part is we do not receive return calls from our representative Brent Irish, despite repeated promises to keep u updated. My mother is stuck in Florida with no car, meds in the trunk of her car which sits in a terminal in MA. We do not know when it will ship, if ever.

Avoid these guys like the plague.

The customer experience on this shipment was a completely isolated incident that we do regret. The original carrier assigned to this shipment picked up the wrong car for the terminal. Due to the high volume of “snowbird” shipments, the terminal had over 400 cars on lot at the time. We then re-assign the shipment to another carrier/competitor to ship this and ended up being a week late. As good faith – we credited the customer’s account in addition to paying a competitor to expedite this for us. Most other company’s would have made up excuses of “truck breaking down” and try to cancel the shipment. At All-Pro we will always maintain our integrity and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Sincerely, Bryce Huett / Owner
