My son gave me a list of several companies to contact.I picked the cheapest estimate.Bad mistake. I used All Country Auto Transport.My contact person was Matt.
All Country Auto Transport took my credit card number on 11/26/12 and on the same day,unknown to me,charged me for the deposit fee of $150 plus the COD charge of $200. I signed a contract with them on 11/29/12,not realizing they had already charged me for the $200 COD charge.They kept making excuses (hydraulic leak in one carrier,the other carrier had broken down etc.). I told them I did not need their services because they were not being reliable. Then they told me the carrier was All Pro Carrier.Contact name was Tom,but they did not yet have his number.That was the last time I heard from them.
I am currently in dispute with them through my credit card company for charging me for a service that was never received.
Avoid this company.They are dishonest. Their toll free number is 866-833-8001. Their direct line is 631-714-2635.
If you use this company,you will lose your money and receive no services in return.
