I hate writing poor reviews, but I could not let our experience pass without warning future customers. Bottom Line, do not, I repeat, do not do business with these guys. I hesitate to call it a company, they are two guys who do nothing but broker transportation. Here are the specifics of our situation:
1) My wife arranged for transportation of our Honda from the Chicago area to Los Angeles for our son. A college student, he needed the car for a job he was starting on June 25th. We told them the car needed to be in LA on the 22nd. She contacted Matt and Frank approximately 30 days ahead of when the car needed to be there to arrange delivery. These two guaranteed delivery by the date needed. 2) About 14 days before delivery, All Country contacted my wife and said the pickup would be on Saturday, June 16th. The 16th came and went, no pickup, no word from All Country, nothing. Finally on Sunday the 17th, Frank sent an email saying the pickup would be that day. We waited all day, no pickup, no response to phone calls or emails. 3) On Monday the 18th, we called and spoke with Frank. He stated the truck broke down on Friday, that Sunday was Fathers Day, and that the truck would be there on Tuesday the 19th. We asked him for the Driver's name and phone number. He said he would email us with that information immediately. We reminded him that the car needed to be in LA on Friday the 22nd. He stated no problem, it was only 2 days to the west coast. We did not ever receive an email from Frank. 4) On Tuesday the 19th, we called and spoke with Matt. He was rude, belligerent, vulgar and used the F-word with me so many times it was disgusting. He was not honest with us, told us again the car would be there by Friday the 22nd. He was the most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered. 5) The truck did come on the 19th, 4 days late. The driver told us he had been contracted by All Country late Friday night on his way back from the West Coast, that the earliest he would be able to deliver the car was Monday the 25th, and that the broker had lied to us. We had no choice at that point but to ship the car. 6) The price quoted to us by All Country was not the same price quoted to us by the driver, the driver's price was higher. We were told by All Country that our son could use his credit card to pay for the delivery. The driver said he only accepts cash or cashiers check. 7) We contacted All Country by phone and by email to get some help with this matter, but they refused to return our requests for help. 8) The car did arrive on Monday the 25th. My son had to make alternative transportation arrangements to get to work which were expensive.

In Summary, these people are not to be trusted. They will say anything to get your business, they are vulgar and profane when you challenge them, they did not keep one commitment they made to use and are the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. The are not members of the Better Business Bureau and I cannot recommend them under any circumstances. Stay as far away from them as possible.
