My overall experience was pretty good, but because of issues with finding a carrier for my car, it was picked up a little later than anticipated and arrived two days after me, cost $1200 instead of the original quoted $1100, and we had to change the pick up location. Yoana was very helpful through all of this and the price was still far better than other companies I contacted, but the delay did cause me to rent a car (thank goodness my mother was there because I am under 25!). Once the car was picked up, it only took 5 days to make it from New York to California. I would use this company again.
