Kevin Gauthier of All Coast Auto Transport was amazing from beginning to the end of the delivery of my car. I began by searching online and made an annoying mistake by entering my information on a website that pretty much sold my inquiry to a lot of transportation companies and some were severely sketchy. For example one began harassing me to sign a contract and asked me “why not” via text when I said i was going to cancel. After that I remembered my friend that has used a transport service many times to send his car from Cali to Texas. So I reached out to him and he gave me Kevin’s information along with raving reviews. I emailed Kevin and within 24 hours Kevin called me about my email inquiry. I was impressed to say the least! Kevin was EXTREMELY thorough (which I appreciate), pleasant, personable, professional and thoughtful from our initial conversation to our last. He never gave shady energy and he was 1000% transparent about the industry and what goes on with some of the company’s that scam folks and also their tactics to look out for. He never over promised anything and he was very clear on how the process goes while working with him. He never asked for any money until he has confirmation from a driver. The driver he connected me with was also professional and the bonus was that the driver was able to come earlier than expected and still delivered the vehicle on the agreed upon time. Moving forward Kevin is my preferred auto transport broker and he will be recommended by me to anyone who may need his services moving forward. Kevin, please continue being a breath of fresh air in this industry.
