I met Denise via a random search for a transport broker about 18 months ago thinking that I was going to ship my vehicle north after the winter season but I decided to leave the car in the garage instead. Denise was so easy to work with and straightforward that I kept her contact information stored in my phone for when the time came that I might need her help again. Two weeks ago, that time arrived as I decided to ship my 30-year-old GMC Suburban from the Lehigh Valley in PA to West Palm Beach, FL. I called Denise and she went to work to find me a driver. In about 24 hours time Denise secured a spot on a carrier for my vehicle at a fair price. In about twenty -four hours after our call, I received a call from the driver giving me his ETA to pick-up my vehicle. The driver stayed in constant contact with me calling me the night before he arrived and about an hour prior to the exact arrival time he said he would be picking -up my vehicle. The driver was very professional and very thorough. My Suburban arrived in FL four days after pick-up at exactly the time the driver estimated his arrival. He called the night before again and the morning of as well as within a few miles of my home. I was very satisfied with the entire process and I cannot recommend Denise enough as she knows her craft, has excellent relationships with the very best, honest and careful haulers. There is the right way to do things which is the way Denise handles her business and then there is most everyone else. I have heard horror stories from many people who have had their cars arrive weeks later, damaged, broken into, and everything in between. A heartfelt thank you to Denise and my driver, Tom, for their utmost care and professionalism!!!
