From the very 1st call I knew Denise was the person I wanted to deal with. Her personality and demeanor was wonderful! She also is very respectful, patient and listens!!! She does not give you the typical broker b.s or try to push you into anything. She is straight forward and up front. I had been lied to by another broker by them pulling a bait and switch on me gave me one price then lifted it on me last minute. She exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a car transport. If more than five stars could be given she would get more from me!! Another thing I have to say is that she treats your car like it is her own. Insurance information was provided and drivers information to me when it was dispatched.
