All Coast Auto Transport was exactly what I wanted in a cross country car shipment from Atlanta to San Francisco.

First, the final cost was exactly as Denise quoted from the beginning. No hidden fees or price increases after failing to secure a carrier.

Second, Denise did an excellent job in choosing a carrier. The delivery was door-to-door for both pickup and delivery, and on-time for pickup. (It arrived a day early in SF, but that's not unexpected for cross-country shipments. More importantly, they called several hours ahead of delivery that day, so I had time to adjust my schedule.) They did an excellent inspection on pickup as well, noting dents and scratches I did not know I had. Since they were so thorough to note even minor wear and tear, I knew they would handle my car carefully throughout the trip.

Third, Denise was available from beginning to end to answer questions. Before we booked the carrier, she talked me through the process by phone, so everything was clear before I was locked into an agreement. She also checked in on the pickup and gave advice for receiving the car. I felt like I was the only or one of the only people on her case load.
