We just had our daughter's car shipped from Wisconsin to Arizona. From the first phone call to the last, Lee Falcone was helpful, professional, friendly, and had great communication skills. This was a brand new experience for us to ship a car, and Lee walked us right through it and kept us calm and our anxiety low. She kept us well informed and always said we could call her anytime of the day or night with questions or concerns. She found us a driver right away, and it was AK Carrier out of Illinois. The driver and his wife that was with him were very friendly, reliable, and delivered on time. He picked up the next day and delivered on the exact date he said to expect him! Two thumbs up to both parties! We would highly recommend Lee at All Coast Auto Transport and AK Carrier too!
