Having never had to ship a car before, I had no idea what was involved or who even did this. I randomly called All-Coast Auto Shipping after a Google search, and I was so happy that I did. Luckily for me, Denise took my call on a Saturday afternoon. She was a wealth of information and answered all my questions. Besides her pleasant personality, her best customer service trait was not calling me time after time after time. I told her that I would get back with her when we had the details worked out, and she respected that. Once I called her to make the final arrangements, it was in about four days that she had my transport scheduled. It was so easy - I paid the deposit by credit card, and my daughter paid the driver the balance when he reached Portland, OR with her car. Denise shared the driver's contact information with the party in Atlanta, Georgia for the pick up. Then, my daughter in Portland, OR was able to communicate with the driver about his arrival there. The car arrived in perfect shape. It was an unbelieveably easy process and experience. I would highly recommend All-Coast Auto Transport to anyone, and I do hope that Denise answers their call like she did mine!
