All Coast personnel kept me informed throughout the entire process including calling me to ensure that things were going well and I was satisfied and informed.

At the moment of my pick-up, I had car trouble and my ignition system died. I originally scheduled the pick-up for a running vehicle. All Coast canceled the first pick-up and quickly arranged a second pick-up, for a non-running vehicle for no additional cost. I was nervous and had a narrow window to arrange the pick-up. All Coast people reassured me the whole way through the process. It was all no problem. They'd seen it all before. I can relax and they would take care of it. They did take care of it. I can't recommend them enough. Not just pros who got the job done. Nice people who helped me through a small crisis.
