Worst service, very rude customer service, not honest.

The auto transport is a very comeptitve business in which after the fact, I have learned many hard lessons about auto transport and especially the worst being in what I had experienced with
All Coast Auto Transport. I was first hussled in giving a deposit with no real assurance as to the time the vehicle was going to be picked up, delivered or final cost. My first mistake was agreeing to a deposit in which not all transport companies charge. Also, for my out of state transfer, I have learned that the broker I was dealing with tried to keep the money and than short change the driver so that the transport company can maximize their profit. I was lied to in several accounts, many broken promises, and taken advantage by the customers service department who had no problems of yelling at the customer and hanging up after they got their deposit. I have learned that from my experice, that I have a duty to share my poor experience with others so that they do not get taken advantage as I have. I have learned there are other companies out there that do care about the customers, your automobile, your time and do not charge a deposit. It was up to about two days prior to my move out of state that I received a call from All Cost Auto Transport that if I still wanted to have my car transported and we had to charge more money. I could not belived this and I was very upset. The representive on the from All Coast Auto Tranport in which there are a few, start cursing back stating you should have called earlier if you wanted your car transported. I had previously has a set date that was not changed and they were to use that date. Every time I called back I would get another rude customer service representative and realized I am captive or hostage after giving my deposit. My car was never picked up and when I asked to get a refund the response was tough sh... I will continue to file complaints with other agencies to share the worst business experice I my life, in All Auto Coast Transport. I also, own a busines in two state and I have never seen worst by any comany in so many departments. *****BUYER BEWARE***************

This untruthful account was posted by Kenneth Valdez of Colorado Springs. He cancelled after we dispatched to an assigned carrier claiming his car was in an accident. When he was ready to transport his SUV, he verbally abused our secretaries with vulgar and abusive language. We treat our customers with respect and will not subject our female employees to foul and abusive language. We will no longer accept phone calls from Kenneth Valdez. Brokers beware of this person.
