this people no good for... they started of with 1000 okay fine i told them lets do it after it they told me i have to give 200 deposit which put me on 1,200..(im stupid) well okay fine ..a week later they call me they found a driver but the driver want 100 more because is a ford expedition and is big truck which they already knew what kind of car it was..so now they put on 1300 dollars....i told them i want my 200 dollars back..i didn't knew 200 dollars wasn't refundable so now im stuck here....okay driver go to pick the car up 2 days later... the truck has a 2 inch ball in the back.. so driver said that take space (really 2 inch hitch) so he left it there... 2 week later another driver comes and the car doesn't start,,,( really you carry vehicle around and you don't have a jump box or jumper cable) so they left there i call back the all coast auto transport.. now they making it seem like is my fault that the battery die.... no body is warming the car up so the truck is gonna die after 1 month ..so now they telling me i have to get the car started in other for them to send another driver and on top of that they want 150 more for the time those driver went but couldn't take the car so they still blame me for the battery dying.. total 1,450$$$$$ IS BEEN 4 MONTH SINCE THEN

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY

This is what happens when someone is not truthful about their vehicle. This transport was dispatched to 2 separate carriers. The first one discovered the truck had a hitch and the second carrier driver found a truck that would not start and was loaded with personal items. The drivers incurred fuel cost and empty loads. This negative review is due to the fact that we refuse to dispatch this to a 3rd carrier. Perhaps Ivelisse Torres thinks our carrier drivers should be willing to work for free but we disagree. Not happening!
