Admittedly, I was skeptical about the whole auto-transport business. Many companies cautioned not to give money up front before the carrier arrived etc. But All Coast Auto Transport was
true to their word from the beginning all the way to the end. Once we set the cost and the pick up and drop off time, everything went just as scheduled. There were no surprises. The contract is signed over the internet, the deposit is given by credit card. The carrier came on the set day to pick up the vehicle. The driver informed us when he would likely arrive. We had his cell phone number and were in contact with him. He delivered the car exactly when he said he would to the minute and the car was in perfect shape. And this was a coast to coast job. He accepted the cash and that was it. So many companies contacted me, but it was Joe who was persistent and professional. His company is the real deal. Customers need not worry one bit about the process with All Coast Auto Transport. I would use them again if I needed to. Jan Hubbell
