Poor service

Long story short, I was having an inoperable vehicle shipped from new jersey to wisconsin. After the initial quote I received I called to make arrangements. I was informed that I was not guaranteed a pickup date on an exact day. Due to my contact in new jersey working a lot I was told that if I gave the shippers a three day window they would be able to arrange a pickup. After giving three weeks notice of the window that worked for us, and my $200 deposit, my contact was never called about getting the car picked up. He had called multiple times only to be informed that there was not an available driver. Roughly one week later I received a phone call reporting that my car was scheduled to be picked up that day. They had called my contact in jersey and he informed them that he was unavailable to be there when the car was going to be picked up. I contacted all coast the following monday to find out what had happened. I was treated extremely rude as if I were the one inconveniencing them. I informed them, again, that they needed too be in contact with my contact in jersey to set up a pickup date based on his schedule. He has yet to hear from them. I should add, I informed all coast multiple times that they could up the cost of my shipment in order to ensure it was picked up whenever it worked for both parties. There was no rush in getting the car shipped or delivered. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service after the initial set up of pickup. I will never use this company again or recommend them.

This car was dispatched to a carrier/ driver for pickup. The customer's brother(Brandon) was the vehicle pick up location contact person. When contacted by the driver, Brandon refused to cooperate with the driver. The driver was told that he would have to work around his schedule and would have to pick the car up strictly at "his" specified time and date. The customer was contacted and he admitted his brother is "VERY to deal with". The customer told us he would let us know when he was ready to have the car picked up and told us not to call him until then. We never heard from him again.
