Man, if this site would allow me to rate this company with NEGATIVE stars I would in a heartbeat. I started looking to get my 2006 Ford F-350 Super Duty shipped on 08-08-11. Now, this is how it began. Elisa called me and when I explained to her in FULL detail that is was a Ford F-350 Super Duty Dually she was not sure of the price. She then called me back with a price of $1,000. I did not say yes at this time because I had several other Brokers calling me. So, once I made my final decision I then got a hold of "Andrew" and he said "I was the one that gave Elisa the price for you." They all knew it was a Super Duty Dually. So, I unfortunately made a huge mistake going with these guys!! They emailed me the invoice with the "super duty" etc. on it. Well....as of August 24th (when I cancelled with them) the truck had not been picked up. In the meantime, I was told it was going to cost $1,200 (total of $1,400 with their deposit I already paid)!! So, we went from $1,000 to $1,400 total. My concern to Andrew was "hidden costs" and he assured me there wouldn't be any. Of course, they have your 200 bucks so what does he care! Well, after arguing and fighting with this company I refused to give them anymore $$ for a job that wasn't done!! So, I have filed a BBB complaint and now this. I want to make sure I get the word out. I will also generate an email to everyone I know telling them my story and make sure it gets forwarded to their friends, and so on! I want my money back since they did not do their part in what they were supposed to have done. Oh, get this, once this all happened they denied ever knowing it was a "super duty", etc. when we have it in WRITING! Duh...don't deny something that is in black and white from your company. They are RUDE and nothing but liars. Their response to this will be ridiculous and please before deciding on a company please contact me and I can tell you the story from beginnging to end. Not to mention so can my dad since we were both in on this trying to get this shipped together....so we both had a bad experience.

At the time we took this customer's order, they were not truthful about the size of the truck. After we discovered the truck type and the fact they had it posted with other brokers, we corrected the price and sent them the proper invoice listing the truck as a super duty F350. We had a driver willing to ship the truck for $1400 which would have included our broker fee. The customer refused and insisted we ship the truck for the original price quoted. No driver would ever transport this size truck for $1000. Now this customer has it posted with another broker on Central Dispatch (order 42463) for $1375 carrier pay. That is the correct price for an F350 super duty. This means that when this truck does get shipped, it will be for well over $1500 when you incude the broker's fee . We could have shipped it for $1400 and they refused the transport. We wish them the best of luck. We ship hundreds of cars weekly for honest customers.
