Follow up on Rebate Offer

I used this company partly due to the rebate offer they were promoting. The rebate offer has more strings attached than the Health Care Bill in Congress.

To follow the 'rules' of the rebate would take a masters degree in organization, I have tried to contact the company to discuss this and have not had much luck getting them to return the calls and find a satisfactory solution to the issue. Will be trying again today for one last shot.

I am going to try again today, yesterday they were supposed to call me back and NEVER did.

I have found that this company is difficult to contact and usually end up having to try the call three or four times to get through to them and talk to a live person. The messages I have left have never been returned.
