I purchased a classic car and I wanted it transported to me from Michigan to California. My car was promised to me between Tuesday and Thursday 11-10 to 11-12 by a gentlemen named Max, who seemed like a reasonable guy.

According to the seller, the driver that picked up the car in Michigan was not the same driver that would deliver it to me. He picked up the car on Thursday 11-4-2009 and drove to Chicago and gave the vehicle to a different driver (George). This fact was denied by All Auto Trust, who stated this was not their practice. I have a witness, both the driver Mike who picked up the vehicle and the seller who spoke with Mike and signed the documents.

The estimated time of arrival was between Tuesday and Thursday, 11-10 11-12) of the following week. I called them numerous times to get a status and was put on hold for 30 minutes and eventually they hung up on me. When I spoke with the office manager (Glenda), she was about as helpful as a band aid to a decapitated arm. She was very rude and told me that was just an estimate and the vehicle would be there on Friday. When my vehicle didn't show up on Friday, she said all of the dates are just "estimates" and there are no guarantees. She finally stated the car would be there on Saturday (11-14-2009) in the afternoon. Glenda said someone would call me at 8 am and tell me the exact time of drop off. I called Glenda at 8, 8:30, 9, 9:30 and 10 to explain that I didn't receive a call. At first they put me on hold for 45 minutes and then hung up on me. I have called the 888-522-5401 over 25 times and they have not answered the phone or returned my call.

I took 1 week off work in anticipation of my vehicle to be delivered between Tuesday and Thursday This was met with negative results. As of today (Saturday 11-14-2009) I still don't have my car. I plan on taking legal action with this company.

I urge everyone to please refrain from doing business with this company. They should call themselves No Trust Auto Transport. If anyone wants to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me at (408) 896-6934. I plan on calling the police to file a stolen vehicle report.
