Company salesperson responded within a two-hour time frame from initial website site inquiry. (excellent)
Quote was reasonable/fair. Representatives talked me thru the expectations of the process until comfortable. Approximately three telephone calls before signing contract. (Very Good)
Communication from transport driver and initial pick up of vehicle from originating point was excellent.
Transport driver approximately two days late on delivery of vehicle.
Vehicle was not delivered at front door of destination address. Family member had to meet transport driver approximately five miles away on side of road to receive vehicle.
Transport driver did reduce delivery fee.
Overall vehicle was delivered w/o any damages. Negative setbacks are somehwat minor at this point.
Yes, I would use this company again.
