Other than originally stating they could pick up my vehicle on a Monday, and they had some issues and didn't pick up until late Tuesday evening. I have no complaints. The vehicle took a bit longer than I had anticipated but weather cannot be predicted and they were good about being honest throughout the process. It arrived in about six days from pickup to CA to drop off in IL, which isn't bad at all. All the sales people were great and the drop off agent was very pleasant. If I had to do it all again, I'd definitely stick with this company. I liked the fact that regardless of the time of day I called, I always got a human being on the phone! That's a pleasant surprise and a wonderful reason why YOU should choose this company too!
