I called All American after I had been trying to get my car picked up with another company for almost a week. I kept getting the run around when I'd call the other company and they could never give me an exact date when it would be picked up for transport.
When I spoke with Mike form All American, he was very knowledgeable and honest with me about pick up and transport time. To my surprise, they were able to pick the car up within a day and promised a drop off within 7-14 days. Mike explained that cross country moves typically take a bit longer, which I completely understood. I was just happy my car was going to be on its way.
To our surprise after only 3 days, the transport driver called us to let us know he was going to be in our area the next day. The drop off when smooth and the car looked great.
