A little too *prompt*.. I had asked that our car be picked up as late during the three day window as possible, and was told that although there were no guarantees, it shouldn't be a problem. Come day 1, however, we received a call that they would be coming by to pick it up that evening (< 24 hours notice). However, after I called to complain, Mike did call around and was trying to schedule a later move; in the end we decided just to have it picked up on day 1 anyway. But I do appreciate his willingness to work with me, and the car was delivered promptly and in good condition for the best rate I could find of 5-star companies offering a 3-day window.
