After I had booked with All American I happened to stumble across this website and was very skeptical. However, besides having to constantly contact the customer service representative at All American and being told my car would be picked up "late afternoon" on a Friday when in fact it was picked up after eight on Saturday evening, I had no problems whatsoever with my car transport. In fact, the company that All American contracted to deliver my car were far more courteous than All American had been. They delivered the car to Boston in the time frame they stated and there was no damage or extra miles added to my vehicle at all.
