Unbelievable filth

I recently had a vehicle shipped through All America Auto Transport and I am thouroghly disgusted with the service. The car was shipped on an open trailer, so I figured it would arrive a bit dirty; but not to the extent that I found it upon delivery. It literally looked as though someone threw a bucket or two of sand and dirt all over the windshield and front half of the car. I found new scratches on the roof, door and bumper; but between the dirt and the fact that they delivered the car at night, I wasn't able to see them until I washed the car. I will be cleaning sand out of the engine compartment for months! I mean honestly; where could they have been driving to collect this much SAND on and in the car?? I guess it pays to ship in an enclosed trailer, and I will do so in the future if I have to; but not through this company. I'm sure their lackies would find a way to get your car filthy in an enclosed trailer too. Never again!

In response to Paul and his complaint, we never heard from this customer that he had any damage to his vehicle at delivery. If he has a legitimate damage claim that was signed at delivery, I am sure we would have heard from him so that we could go thru the claim process of getting it fixed which would be covered under the insurance. I must honestly say that the amount of dirt that he is saying was on his car sounds quite exaggerated. These cars are loaded on a double decker carrier, and are high off of the ground. The only caveat was that he also happened to be shipping his car from Wisconsin where there was heavy snow at that time with I am sure much salt on the road. If the customer would like to contact us about his claim we would be happy to help. AAAT
