These people are really bad. It took a week for my car to be picked up. Then the truck broke down on the way out to Kansas. I was under the impression this was going to be a truck like the ones that ships new cars. This was a semi, towing a flat bed. My corvette was put on first, right behind the cab. It was filthy when I received it. I looked at it as best I could with the time I had(had to get back to work) and it appeared to be okay. When I got it washed I noticed multiple chips in the windshield. When I called Auto Transport all I got was attitude. All they wanted to know was whether I signed off on the form when I received it, which I did and I don't begrugde them for that. But they were unwilling to work with me at all. They said they would send me a claims form but basically when I signed off on the car that was it. It doesn't seem to matter who answers the phone. They will be short, curt, hostile and basically unfriendly. This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with and you would be well advised to stay clear of them.
