This is the first time that I bought a vehicle from the Continental United States and had to arrange for picking up the vehicle at an auto dealership in San Jose, CA. and shipping same to Honolulu, HI.
From the initial contact with Mike of All America Auto Transport, Inc. to picking up my vehicle in Honolulu, HI on June 16, 200; I received "World Class Service" from your firm. Mike was in constant contact with me via e-mail in notifying me in every aspect of vehicle movement; when the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up from the auto dealership, who would be transporting the vehicle to the shipping port, date and name of the vessel transporting the vehicle to HI, and the booking number for tracking purposes. Mike also sent me a follow up e-mail after checking that I already picked up the vehicle in Honloulu, HI.
Needless to say, I received the vehicle in perfect condition; no dings, scratches or damage whatsoever. Kudos to all involved in making this possible.
Again, let me reiterate what I mentioned before. All America Transport, Inc. is then "icon" in arranging for shipment of vehicles or other items. Special thanks to Mike for keeping me informed via e-mail of all movements involved.
