Before choosing to use All America Auto Transport, I received quotes from 6 other car carriers. I chose All America Auto Transport not only because the price was the lowest quote received, but because I could tell from my first phone call that Mike, my customer service contact at All America Auto Transport, was quick, knowledgeable and detail oriented. I never had trouble reaching Mike whenever I needed to contact All America Auto Transport. Phone calls were returned very promptly. He gave me all the details and important information upfront. My car was inoperable at the time of transport (no alternator, no battery, no tag, no insurance). A carrier was almost immediately available to pick up my car but it had a damaged winch and couldn't load my inoperable. Instead of leaving my car behind for another carrier and making me wait several more days, the transport driver ACTUALLY REPAIRED MY VEHICLE so that he could get it delivered to me as soon as possible. I was astonished when he started the car and drove it off the carrier at its final destination. Above and beyond the call of duty! He didn't even charge me for the repairs or parts. All America Auto Transport must command a lot of respect from its contracted carriers to get this kind of service without even asking for it. I will absolutely use All America Auto Transport again, and I will tell all my friends and family about my wonderful experience with them. I did not have any damages to my vehicle, my cost was $515 for approximately 370 miles. It was cheaper than the competition, much cheaper than a tow truck, fast, friendly and well worth every penny.
