I was given one price and charged another. I clearly told Mike that the car was inoperable as well as checking the box on the contract and Mike assured me the total price would be $468.00 and NOTHING MORE. As well as the car being incredibly late on delivery and then the driver of the truck tried to rip me off by demanding I pay him CASH when I had already paid for the delivery with my credit card. So i told him to take the car back to Florida he quickly changed his tune and then demanded $150.00 which I told him he would not get. Then he finally delivered the car. Then 2 weeks later I get a phone call from the transport company saying I owed them another $150.00 although I had clearly stated that the car was inoperable and checked it on the contract. I would NEVER use these people again and I suggest that none use them. They would not let me speak to the owner of the company and I tried calling them many times and everyone was nasty and ugly.
They will try to trick you and ripp you off. Very bad service and very bad business....

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY....

We quoted this customer for a running car and lined up a carrier as such. They went over to pickup the vehicle and found out that it did not run. However the carrier took it under the assumption they would be compensation by the customer for the inoperable fee as it is clearly stated in our contract. However when they arrived she refused to pay the inoperable fee and the carrier looked to us to pay the fee. We were unable to do this as we had quoted a running vehicle. They loaded it within 2 to 3 days and delivered it within 4 to 7 days. The customer was able to move their inoperable vehicle for far less than any other company would have been able to. In the end the carrier lost out.
