The worst Customer Service

Well I have had the same situation with the previous reviews. Wow, what a joke this company is. I actually have working phone numbers for the company and they still do not call back. I schedule my car to be picked up back in April and paid my $150 deposit, the quote was for $900. I also received an email after the 14 days had passed that my quote was to low and we needed to pay more for it to get transported, I offered to pay more but was so frustrated with the service I was getting that I decided to get my money back and go with another company. Well it is now 3 months later and still have not received my money back. I have spoke with Shauna a few times and she seems to answer her phone, while michelle never does and I just get a run around from them. Michelle's new phone numbers though I do have and she still does not return my call....I can not believe how unethical this is and for you to think you can do this to your customers...it will get you in the end. By the way, apparently the new #'s are 573-803-1022 or 573-587-2545 for her cell....but she never calls back. I can not believe this poor service and I would never I mean NEVER have anyone ship a car with you.......this is illegal! For all the other customers, we need to get together to get our money back, get lawyers BBB involved, anything we can do to take care of an illegal business practice that is going on by Michelle and your crew!!!!
