All Aboard Auto Shipping is a pain in the a**! What everyone is saying here is TRUE!! All Aboard promised me that they would get my vehicle from Florida to Alabama before Christmas. I was unsire of what company to use since I have never shipped my car before so I told them I would call back when I decide. Before I can even call back, Ashley Clark kept calling me to set it up and take my deposit of $200 and I eventually I did. She sent me an emailed contract and told me to send it back asap and she would camm me when she get it. I sent it asap and the money came off my debit card before I could blink twice. I never received a call from them again!!!! This was friday and my car was to be picked up on saturday, I asked her who would call me since they are closed on saturday and she told me they would be open and she would call. I never recieved a call and no one ever came for my car. All in all I kept calling and they kept giving me excuses or that stupid recorded message. They finally sent someone ten years after I needed the car GUARANTEEING me that the car would be there on time. The driver said it would be impossibe to get the car there and time and he wanted 300 dollars extra. I declined and wanted my money back and they told me they couldnt becuase the driver said he could make it there on time and I did not want him to touch my car (what a lie!) They promised me a refund that I am still waiting on more than a month later. Every time I call no matter what time a day their recorded message comes on and now its busy. I just filed a dispute with my bank!! DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY, IF THEY OWE YOU MONEY PLEASE FILE A REPORT WITH YOUR BANK, THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND WE SHOULD PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS AND MAKE THEM PAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
