Pick up and delivery were LATE!

They were scheduled to pick up my car on a Thursday; the car didn't get picked up until Saturday.

My car was scheduled to arrive the following Sunday; I did not get my car until Tuesday evening.

I called the company's number twice, and left a voice message both times asking for anyone to call me back with the status of my car. I NEVER received a return phone call. If the car is going to be late arriving, a courtesy call informing me of the situation would have been nice. I was only able to contact the actual driver because he was polite enough to answer the phone, even though he was driving cross-country.

There was an extra ~200 miles put on the car also. My car was NOT delievered off the truck, it was driven from NJ to PA. Why??

SLOW, INEFFICIENT, and UNPROFESSIONAL service from the company. If the delivery was going to take longer than expected, then say so upfront to the customer. Customers don't pay for delayed services.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, EVER.

This customer was informed that the pick up date was an estimate. then the time from pick up and delievery is an estimated 7-10 days which we met in time. also the person who picked up the phone for her is one of the owners so she did speak to someone direct. Also regarding the mileage- the customer is suppose to write the mileage on our paperwork-if they do not we cannot take their word for it. this claim is just someone who is looking for a discount- something for nothing! thank you and have a nice day!
