The company was on time for the most part. They were to arrive sometime Wednesday, however around late afternoon they said they would arrive around seven, then a call came and they would be there at ten. I said it was too late and they were ok with that. Picked it up the next day early morning and were very thorough with preparing the car for transport, checking the safety of the truck etc. We paid in advance as there was no one to meet at the other end and they dropped if off with the manager at the apartment complex in Nashville with no problems. The driver communicated the entire time with us as did the dispatcher. There are so many variables weather, traffic etc so our expectations were to run into a few bumps in the road. Even though it was a day late for pickup the still arrived at the destination on time. Will definitely use again.
