I recently purchased a company car from the company I work for. The car was located at our home office in New Jersey and I live in Ohio. I found Agape Transport and several other companies on the internet. After comapring prices, I found Agape to be one of the least expensive out there. But what sold me was the customer service. Nichole was friendly, knowledgeable and explained to me the entite process with no pressure whatsoever. Out of all the companies I talked with while making up my mind over the period of a few weeks, Agape was hands down the best to talk with and plan this out. Once it was time to pick up the vehicle, I checked back in with Agape. Nichole was off that day, but Candie made me fel like I had worked with her from the beginning as she explained how the pickup was going, even giving me the driver's personal cell phone so I could call him. And I don't know how they did it, but the pick up driver they used only lived about 30 miles from me yet was in New Jersey at the time they had promised the vehicle to be picked up. They told me the car would be picked up within 7 days of the first available date I gave them. It wound up being picked up in only 4. My car arrived on time two days later as promised, the driver was a nice guy and the whole processs was smooth with no unexpected events. I would definitely recommend and again use these guys.
