Paid for the Priority Rate Shipment option to get the car picked up "no later than three full work days from the day after the "Vehicle Availability date" as indicated on the shipping order confirmation form." That didn't happen. The availability date was 3/11, car was picked up 3/18. Car was delivered in time, so I didn't worry too much about the extra money it cost. Besides, AGAPE has this odd catch-22 that likely would have cost $50 more dollars had I cancelled the order: Here's how it reads: "If the vehicle is not picked up in the specified pickup time, AGAPE will cancel upon request the shipment and issue a deposit refund or customer may continue the shipment and AGAPE will add $50 to carrier pay to expedite for a quicker pickup. "

In retrospect, the $230 for the priority rate was wasted. Also, car was received by a relative who didn't notice the small dent near the rear window that wasn't on the car when it was picked up. Not much I can do about that after the fact.

First, we would like to let Jim know we greatly appreciate him and the opportunity to assist him with this transport. It is true that Jim chose our Priority shipping option and his 1st available date was 3/11, BUT he also told us that he was not available to release the car on the 14th, 15th, or 16th because he was out of town (he was hoping it would get picked up on the weekend). So we had no choice but to have it picked up when he got back. It was actually picked up on the 17th the day after he got back in town. - Also, had he chose to cancel his order it would NOT have cost him more money. IF his vehicle was not picked up in 3 working days (had he actually been available to release the car) then he would have the option of cancelling his order for a refund of his deposit or he could continue his shipment (keep it open with us) and WE, AGAPE (not the customer) would add $50 to the carrier pay. Nowhere does it say the customer would have to pay more. Sorry Jim, you read this wrong and your interpretation was incorrect. - We would also like to mention that the car was delivered 3 days earlier than estimated, which sorta makes up for the 3 days that Jim was not available to release the car to a driver. So he paid for a quicker pickup and it was indeed picked up within the 3 working days that Jim was actually available. We are very sorry about any misunderstanding that may have occurred. We always want to answer any and all questions or concerns our customers may have. All the best Jim!
